I went in to the A St location mid day on a Thursday. I was the only customer there. It only took them 20 minutes w/ paperwork etc to get me in and out with my smog certificate. Plus they have a 10 dollar off coupon on their website. Cost me only 60 bucks. What more can I ask for.
Super fast and friendly. Jose did a great job, but go to their site and get a coupon beforehand. Didn't have one but Jose accommodated me anyway.
This place is AWESOME! Or should I say Steve is THE MAN! He is by far the most professional and kind auto guy I've ever encountered...he was very sweet to see me on an early cold Saturday morning, and I appreciate his time and attention in getting my car smogged. The entire experience was about 20 minutes, and he smiled throughout the entire time...he is the poster boy for great customer service! Thanks!
What's there to say about a smog test? This place is pretty straight-forward. I called for a quote ($80) but the guy on the phone told me to print a $30-discount coupon from their website http://www.haywardsmog.... So I did and I went and exactly $50 and almost fifteen minutes later, I walked out with a certificate that said I passed.
