I came in to the Campbell location and my car failed smog, Paul told me that the oxygen sensor have to be changed. so after changing the sensor my car passed the smog. Thank you for the great service and your honesty. I will make sure that my other car comes to you for smog and i will pass on the good word. This is a great place.
I'm writeing this review for my girlfreind who went here last week after I checked out local smog places in the area for her. Thanks for the link to the $20.00 coupon, it came to $45.00 after the 20 savings. She said the service was excellent and was in and out in 20 min. The service techs were really knowledgable and helpful in answering any questions. She went mid-afternoon on a weekeday and was no line or wait, no appointment necessary.
We took our Honda Odessey for a smog. The office is nice and the man who helped us was very efficient. The work was done very quickly. The price was very fair. Be sure to ask for the on-line $10 discount.
SMOG places really don't excite me, but they're a necessity of life in California. I don't think this place is the cheapest around, but I do think they're friendly, clean, and fast. Cheap seldom means friendliest, in my experience. So pay the extra couple bucks, mention the online coupon to get $10 off, and get it done! An added bonus: they're just down the street from Starbucks, and Starbucks and the hotel across both have wifi available. [Starbucks' wifi is free if you're an AT&T customer]

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have come here 4 times now because the prices are right, the wait is comfortably short and the people are super friendly. They are your average family (not viets trying to rip me off.... again) and I love giving them my business. I recommend them to all my friends as well! $55 for an older car and $65 for a newer. You can go wrong!
