Yup. As good as everyone says.. I took my car in and got great service AND learned in-depth about my engine. Great customer service (Lee was awesome), good prices, very informative, knowledgeable & honest.

This place was recommended by a friend and these guys did not disappoint! Oil change price was very reasonable and I had originally gone there to have a fan belt replaced as well. However, they were honest enough to tell me I didn't need one; it only needed adjusting...which they did for FREE! I'll be sure to go back and send these guys more business!
This place is GREAT!!! Awesome customer service from Lee from the 1st phone call to the time I picked up my car. Brought my car in on Friday before the holiday weekend because the check engine light had been going on and off for a while and the engine felt like it was jerking. I didn't drive my car for a week because it was overheating. The last time my car started to overheat like this a few years ago, I had to get the water pump replaced and a few other parts fixed. I was really hoping this was not the case again. With the shop closed on Sunday and on Monday because of the holiday, they should have an update on my car by Tuesday. Lee calls me Tuesday morning and lets me know what they found. Overheating was due to a bad radiator cap and the jerking was because of the valves were not working properly that caused some spark plugs to go bad. I was so glad it was nothing major. Lee said my car should be done around 3 pm.I called the shop about 3:30 pm make sure they were finished. Lee answers and says they just finished and just need to test drive the car and make sure everything is good to go. When I get to the shop Lee is there greeting with a smile. He explained what they had done with the car and why this happend. He even said that during the final test drive the car still had a quirk, and found 2 of the coils had gone bad too. He didn't want to call me back to inform me of another problem, so they replaced it for free. Cool deal!The mechanics are great and seem like they actually enjoy what they do! Fast and friendly service...2 thumbs up from me!
Couldn't say enough about this place. Very honest and thorough, Lee is about as nice of a person as you could meet. Took my car in to another auto repair shop before I knew about Aiwa for a routine smog check. They told me I had a blown head gasket and it would cast $1800. Called around and Aiwa was the cheapest quote over the phone. They could have just done the repairs, and would have been none the wiser but Aiwa ran some tests and found it the head gasket was fine!!! they smogged my car and it passed perfectly.Lee was straight forward and honest from the very start and exceeded my expectations. Im now a loyal customer and will be bringing my car here for everything in the future!
Another no hassle experience with the guys Aiwa Auto, I took a BMW there today with some minor electrical problems and once again am happy with the results.
Very, very nice - and more importantly, honest. I just went for a smog check for my mercedes Gl SUV, was such a good experience I am considering making them my indepent mechanic when I don't need to go to the dealer..
I took my SUV here for the first time a few weeks ago. I received excellent customer service and I felt as though he was trying to conplete the best job he could while also saving me money. My truck is now running better than it was before for minimal out of pocket expense. I am thinking of taking my other vehicle here for service as well. Great Auto place with trustworthy staff :)
Aiwa has a neat and clean presentation. Their mechanics keeps their tools and work area organized, any more than what I've witness would lead me to believe that they don't have work, but that is not the case. Every mechanic was busy with a car or customer. I've had work done here several times and I have been very satisfied with their workmanship. Being a very inquisitive individual that I am, I questioned everything that was being done to my vehicle including car questions that had nothing to do with my vehicle. The mechanics and owners were very patient with me and answered all my questions till I fully understood. I think they were slightly entertained I had so many questions. I then realized Aiwa is not a typical mechanic shop, they actually care about their customers, are in business for the long haul, provides legendary customer service, and I appreciate that very much. I would recommend anyone seeking a good mechanic shop and great service to Aiwa.
