This Smog Pros location provides excellent customer service, albeit at a high price, beginning with Arco's $90.00 diagnostic fee. I was also told that there might be an additional approx $150.00 for service like "dropping the engine," but when I inquired as to the approx $500.00 price, I was told that they could fix the problem without incurring that fee. Possibly, this is another example of their customer-first attitude.
