My family has been going to Autopia car was even before it was "Autopia". Maybe that's why I'm so fond of this place. It brings back memories of my childhood. I've always received great service from the folks here. The staff are friendly and quick.  The prices are reasonable and if you go when there is a sale you can get a pretty good cleaning/wax/etc for super cheap. I used to bring my old Honda here and they would have to run that baby through the cleaning twice to get her shiny. I don't treat my ALexus Carrington that way, she gets regular baths.Be sure to get there really early or right before closing on nice days because the line can get pretty long.  Save your receipt for discounts on future washes.

I have never had a problem with their car wash service, but I have yet to use their maintainance department. If I tell them I'm not satisfied with certain aspects of the cleaning they will fix it immediately.

I shipped one of my vehicles to the Bay Area and it needed a detail badly.  This was the only full detail shop in the area, so I gave it a try.  It was $ 60 for a full detail with wax, vacuum, tire dressing, windows cleaned.  They did an ok job, there was alot of areas with unwiped wax, tire dressing wasn't even, they missed alot of spots and there was some rough spots which could have been clayed.  It should have been a $ 30 value, not $ 60.  That's what I get for not having time to shop it.  I would have given them another star if they only had a little more attention to detail, especially when it wasn't that busy.

This place has always been good to me.  Great friendly service, special options like all hand wash.  I just got it washed and waxed, with interior service for $39, plus they gave me a free wash for my birthday.  It's a smaller place and off the main streets but totally worth it.  Also, this place can get crowded during peak times on weekends.

I used to bring my old car there.  "Big Black," my Integra was already pretty beat up by then, so the big rollers and bristles didn't matter much. It was fun to watch it go down the line. They did a really good job with the full interior detail too. Inside looked new. Decent prices - even better if you have coupons.   I would not bring my new to me car, "Shelley," there though.  I hand wash her because she is that pearly white color. She's stuck up and won't "do" mechanical car washes.  So Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner and a garden hose it is. I would consider their interior detail down the road. But she'll get mad at me, so forget it.

I've had a VIP membership on 2 of my cars for the last 5-6 years and have rarely been disappointed.  I pay to have my cars hand washed, and I have them waxed a couple times a year.   They always pay attention to detail and will fix any inconsistencies immediately if you let them know.    They have never damaged my cars, in the hundreds of times I've been there, and I think that says a lot in itself.

I went here for the smog check.  It came out to $39.95 which included the certificate.  The other smog check places I checked in the area were charging up to $70 and there was an extra fee for the certificate.  The mechanic on duty, Sanjay, was personable and professional.   The service was prompt and the waiting room had nice comfortable recliners to sit in.   Sanjay even offered a free carwash after the smog check was done.   He pretty much did everything right.  To top it all off, the DMV is down the street so you can drop off your renewal forms and pick up your tags afterwards.
