SMOG CHECK. Ugh. Thankfully, these guys make it easy and fast. Took my Miata there for a smog check and was in and out in 15 min.Do you need a lengthy anecdote on how good this place is? No. These guys make the painstaking process of smog check fast and easy. What more do ya want? ;0) ...free coffee and donuts would be nice, though. *dreaming*
Extremely friendly and personable, well recommended by a AAA-approved mechanic, and very affordable (the previous place I'd stopped by was $70). Overall, a pleasant experience.
If there was 6 stars this place would deserve it. I brought my ipod and played with their ping pong paddle and ball. This place is awesome. I was there 15 mins tops. Guys are laid back. It costed me $60 out the door for my Accord.
Smog check time for cars can sometimes be scary. I always feel like I'm about to get ripped off. This place takes all that away. Staff is very helpful and has a good sense of humor,cracking jokes with me about how people don't like doing this. I don't know if this place get's busy or not. I went on a Sat. in the late afternoon,and didn't have to wait. In and out in like .20 min. When you read the reviews of this place and everyone gives it good ratings, believe it. I didn't go in with a coupon and still only paid $62.00. Still not bad. If you live in the area or need to drive a little bit to get here, try it. Why they call it Bellflower smog when it's in Long Beach is beyond me,though. I guess name doesn't matter.
Quick and painless. I paid $50 with the $10 coupon. Trucks and SUVs pay $10 more.

Went in around 2pm on a weekday. I was the only customer --- I settled in on a ridiculously comfy couch and read celeb magazine from 2004. Less than ten minutes later I was told I (just barely) passed. I had to pay $70 because I drive a Jeep, and I totally forgot to print out that coupon, but the service was fast and friendly and I passed! YAY!
this was one of the easiest smogs i've delt with. simple, nice guys, no hassle, no haggle, no BS.. and quick! (20 minutes) the place across the street-- mechanics there were rude, and have signs posted everywhere "pass or no pay" (two of them up big enough to read from across the street) yet, once you go in, and ask about it, they tell you "we dont offer that anymore, and either way if it passes or fails, you have to pay me $50 for the smog"
This place is great! They really have it down to a no-nonsense sytem. All they do, is smog check and they get the cars in and out with no hassel. For the little amount of time you are waiting (20 mins max), they have comfy chairs, a couch, a TV, magazines, a ping pong table, and Moshers is right next door if you are hungry. The price is pretty fair and they have coupons on http://www.smogtips.com (i'd also recommend reading the smog tips on there before you take your car in). Nobody likes getting a smog check, lets be honest. You may as well take your car here so it is as hassel free as possible!
