Wow - I came here to write a review after my experience today and am shocked to see how many crappy ones there are! I went there the first time because that's where my BF had called and found 2 used tires for his little car - one had a nail in it and you always get 2 tires at a time so it doesn't feel uneven. So that was a year ago. They were closing and waited for me to get there. I was in and out in 15 minutes for $90 total and the tires looked brand new.So when it was time for me to get 4 tires on my van, I called these guys to see if they had used tires in stock. They said no but put me on a waiting list. 5 seconds after we hung up, I got a call back saying they had a slightly different sized tire that would work for me. So I went down to get them installed. I was out the door in 45 mins with 4 tires that look new and the final cost was $221. I've been screwed plenty by mechanics in my younger years. I can smell it coming and I'm bitchy enough not to stand for it. This store has never even tried any nonsense and has been accommodating and nice. All I can do is speculate about what happened to some of the others who gave bad reviews. I... just don't know why it was so very different for them!
