He does the many little things that gives me the confidence to trust him and be a repeat customer.- I asked for just an oil change but John checked the whole car and found a problem with my clutch. It could have been nasty if it wasn't taken care of.- John will always show you the old parts that were removed from your car.- He will give you repair options if you're on a budget. He will make recommendations, but he will let YOU make the call.- He will never ask you to spend more than what is necessary. - Always on time. - True to his job estimates. - If he says he'll call you, he'll call you.I'm lucky to have such a trustworthy, reliable mechanic in my neighborhood.
