I've been coming to this place ever since it was a video rental store. Haha. If you've lived in this hood for a while, I'm sure you know what I mean. Now time for the real review. This place has great customer service and great prices. The employees here work fast and are helpful and honest. This place gets crowded on weekends, but what good business isn't.
I too, have been coming here for years for my oil changes...they're in the neighborhood, and 19.95, you can't beat that. Plus, I like the idea that I am supporting a local business. Customer service is top notch! These guys are always super friendly and honest, ready to answer all of my questions (and I ask a lot)... try to go in early, because it can get a little crowded in the afternoons.
Nothing bad at all about this place. I try to support local business and this place is totally worth the support. I've been taking my cars here for a while and theres nothing but cool dudes and nice toyotas to look at when they are working on your vehicle. I got my girlfriend going to these guys too. Whats cool is that they let you know any obvious issues with your vehicle while they are under the hood instead of just ignoring it and just doing the oil change...honest mechanics! If you are definately a Paradise Hill-ian...support these dudes!
My dad first told me to go to this place when he thought I was old enough to get my own oil changes instead of having him do it every 3 months. Thanks Dad (:The workers here are so nice! They're very helpful, cordial, and are spot-on with their estimates on how long your car will be in. They're the reason why I choose to pay the extra $5+ more than the other chain smog shops.On one occasion, I decided to get an oil change here because I was going to drive to Las Vegas the next day. They noticed something was wrong with my car so they called me in to take a look. They told me that the tread on my front tires were worn out and that I was overdue for a rotation. I told them that I was headed to Las Vegas the next day and they hooked me up by recommending me to a place that they know. I went to this place after the oil change and they told me that the guys at California Smog called them, told them to hook me up with a discount, and to let me cut to the front of their line. I was out in 15 minutes and paid $10 for a rotation!
I have been coming here for smog checks and oil changes for the past 7yrs.The employees here at this shop are laid back,super cool,and will get you in and out in no time at all.The cost of an oil change $16.95 (not including tax,and disposal fee) has not changed since I first started going there! Listen,if you want a fast,affordable oil change or smog check by people who know what they are doing and are friendly while doing it come here! Two thumbs up!
I can't say how happy I am to have this place to be my oil change spot. It saves me frustration of doing it myself and helps out the local economy, right? Customer service here is always top notch and I rarely ever see them turn away a customer even when there getting ready to close. Never any run around just real cool fellas that give it to you straight when it comes to your car. This is a place that deserves your support. Check it out if you need a smog test or oil change in the 'hood.
this place rocks. they have a huge parking lot so you can kind of see where your car sits while you wait. the guys are really cool. they seem to know how to do more than just the job and still get you out in a timely manner. kudos to the guys of CSI!
I was here the other day and just blown away by the customer service. $22.00 for a speedy oil change is what I'm talkin' about!The waiting area is pretty small but there's an awesome taco shop just around the corner. By the time you're done eating your car is finished!
