My husband and I stumbled upon this place when we needed our car fixed very suddenly. The work was done promptly and the customer service was excellent. We were short on cash and they let us split our payment in half. We haven't needed to go back much since but we plan to.
My experienced with Cartex have been different than most of the other reviewers. I have been going to Cartex for my vehicle service for the past 5 years and they have always treated me fairly for the services they provided. Most of my vehicles are less than 3 years old so I have factory warranty on most repairs needed. I just have Cartex service my vehicles when necessary. Like most auto repair shops, I guess it really depends on how lucky you are when the assign a qualify tech to work on your car. You would hope they understand your car and can fix it right the first time. Most of my services was just that, oil change and cooling system service etc. I been lucky with Cartex and would recommend this place for your car services.
