I took my car here for the smog test. It was quick and efficient. The waiting room/area was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their smog done. I would consider taking my car there for repairs and regular maintenance.

Joe & his crew were excellent and problem-solved issues on my car that several other mechanics couldn't even diagnose properly. Although it cost me a fortune to fix my car, I was able to cheer up myself knowing my car is going to be fine now and I found a good autoshop. It's not easy to find a mechanic who is honest with his clients and good with what he's doing at the same time, if you know what I mean...
Joe is very honest. I so appreciate that. He has been quick to look at problems and get my cars back to me as soon as possible. My husband recently took his 4 year old Corolla into him and Joe inquired at the Toyota dealership to if it was still under warranty. He told my husband to have it towed to the Toyota dealership and they promptly fixed the problem. Joe charged my husband nothing for his time. He is very kind as well, and this is always nice in a mechanic. I've never had any problems with how he's fixed my cars. I would highly recommend him.
I've been taking my car to Demerjian's for several years now and have had nothing but good things to say. They've always taken care of the problem and I've never had to go back for more work. Joe explains exactly what is going right and wrong with your car and is very easy to interact with. Joe is super-friendly and forthright and he has earned my trust. The only negative thing is that he sometimes forgets to call when the car is ready so you might have to call him instead.
I took my car in Joe's shop because they are one of the the2 shops that do the CAP program in Pasadena. My car couldn't pass the smog test, and the state is sponsoring to fix it. The overall experience was good, especially compare with the other option I have (Hull's automotive on Hill). I like their prompt services, and call me before they make any major decision on parts change as I am cost sensitive under the CAP program. I've taken the car back for 2 days now and so far it's fine.
