Good people here at Dinh's. Their policy of pass or don't pay is very helpful for people on a budget and can't afford to get their car tested several times. Even if you pass, this place is less expensive than the typical smog test place by $20.00 The place is tucked away a bit down in a commercial area, but it's well worth the money. thanks dinh.
I was in and out! I called to make an appointment, but he said it was first come, first serve. So I arrived and he took my car right away and I was done in about 15 minutes. Very efficient!!! Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. The price was exactly as advertised. $30 total for my car. SmogTime which is another place near my house quoted +$80 for the same service. Are you kidding me!? No need for a coupon here and it's quick and painless. I'll be bringing the other family car in next week!
This place was great! Dinh was very friendly and the price was great! I went there this week and the smog check only took 15 minutes. Once my car passed, it was $30 out the door. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We got my car smogged this morning (Saturday) at around 10:30. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The husband and wife are super friendly, efficient, and quick! There was no wait, and it only took about 20 minutes. We got quoted at another place for $80 (they said VW's need an extra step, so it cost's more! Puhleeeeze!!). At another place, we got quoted $60. Here we paid $30. My husband asked if there was really an extra step needed because of a VW and the guy said no, it's the same thing. The only car that needs an extra step would be a hybrid. Anyway, it was a great experience - head here to get quick service with a smile!
Kind of at a hole in the wall area and was a little confusing to find but worth going to. Dinh was very helpful in getting my car smogged (although it sadly did not pass) and tried several times to get it to pass, whereas at the previous smog only shop I went to tried once and gave me the bill for seventy odd dollars. I asked several questions about my smog report and he was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The bill was very cheap relative to other smog only shops and told me to come back within the month to get another smog check on the house since I failed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a smog check.
He has the cheapest and most efficient of the smog check stations I have ever been to. Previous to his shop, I had gone to 3 other places that wanted to give me a higher rate for having a Mercedes. They also wanted me to wait an hour! There was a line but he was quick so it took us about twenty minutes to get our car smogged. And the best part was it passed or we didn't pay! I will recommend his shop to anyone who wants cheap, efficient service.
You need a Smog? Don't go anywhere else! I paid $30.00 dollars for everything (Smog test, certificate and electronic transmission) How can you beat that? His shop is about 4 garage bays in from the street. There is a blue "Smog Only" sign above the garage door. Dinh does not take credit cards so make sure you bring a check or cash.

I agree with the first review, there are few pass or don't pay Smogs in Southern Cal. So when I saw this and noticed he was right down the street from my work, I took my truck in right away and didn't have to wait and the owner was very polite and very helpful, he is also extremely reasonable. The company I work for will be taking our trucks there when they need to be smogged as well.
This has got to be the last PASS OR DON'T PAY SMOG in Southern California! It doesn't get any better than pass or don't pay! Hidden in an industrial area near Collins and Main, this place is really legit. The man who runs the place is a middle aged man who knows a lot about cars.I went to the Smog pros on Lincoln and Rio Vista in Anaheim and they charged me $60 even though I didn't pass... this was due to the fact that I had my battery recently replaced. They told me, "The computers weren't ready" and to take it to a mechanic to find out why. I took it to this guy and the first thing he asks before he even begins is if it's been repaired on recently and if I've driven around a lot to get the computers ready (which is what your supposed to do, not take it to a mechanic!). That convinced me that he's HONEST unlike the smog pros jackasses.The man charges $30 for a smog check and $10 for a certificate and if you don't pass you DON'T PAY!!!
