My husband and I have been coming here for all sorts of car problems for as long as we've lived in the bay area. Paul has always been really professional and quick with diagnosing problems and giving estimates. Prices might not be the best you can get but their reliability and honesty keeps us coming back. They do little extra things (changing bulb, tightening parts) for us for no costs too. Of course we'll be coming back.
In the last month or so we have taken our car in for several different car maintenance repairs and have been exceptionally pleased with the fast professional technical service and the reassuring customer service.Prompt, fast, courteous service!
This place is GREAT! I had all kinds of problems with the BMW dealership, so I decided to look for another place to service my car. I found this place based on some recommendations by my coworkers... and decided to try it out. They did a FULL 60k mile service on my BMW Z4, topped off all of the fluids, AND changed the brake pads and rotors for about $1k... half of what the dealership wanted to charge me! Plus, they were friendly and quick - my car was ready in about 4 hours. I would definitely go back here - my car is driving like it's brand new!
