We've been taking our cars to Fremont and Purdon for.... .....get this: over FIFTY years! My dad always took his cars to them, and now I take mine. They are old-world honest. How many mechanics keep a loaner car around for you. When I was younger, they even suggested repairs I could do myself to save money. These guys aren't mechanics, they're family! Trustworthy mechanics are golden!
Steve is the best, the other manager is very friendly as well. They know their stuff, are extremely patient, and were willing to explain everything to me. They even drafted an official estimate and emailed it to me.They have many ethics award placards, and give you updates patiently. They have a little TV and magazines.They fixed what was promised, helped me save on a part that they learned I didn't need, and rotated my tires free of charge.Good people. That's what counts when it comes to a mechanic, right?
