Called them up the day before about a smog check. The gentleman asked me about the make and model of my car and proceeded to quote me a price! I brought my car in the next day and he remembered me! Already a plus! He had me fill something out and said it would take 15 mins. I was out of there exactly 17 mins later! It doesn't get better than this...A silky smooth transaction! And someone said this already, but I'm gonna go ahead and say it too...seriously, get over the fact that the place is a little beaten. You're getting a smog check NOT a spa treatment.
