I needed a smog check and came on a Monday around 10 am. Arsen was very nice and started immediately on the test. He offered me a cold bottle of water as I waited in the waiting room. 10 minutes later the test was done. I used the coupon off the website, and it came to $53 with everything (i.e. certification and electronic transfer fee). Very painless, and will go back next time I need a smog test.
