This is the only place I go to get the cars smogged, regardless if it is a test-only year or not. The owner and his wife are terrific examples of how and why small businesses thrive. They're honest, do great work, and the price is right. I'm happy to hear that business is going well for them. Some years you could just drive up and be seen; now their calendar fills up fast. One of the few places around that really deserves 5 stars.
