Agreed, sweetest man ever works here. I went one day last week and his machine was broken. I felt really bad for him since obviously that is his entire business. I called later to check-in-- still broken. He then called me back to tell me it was fixed. I procrastinated, but went back today. Why did I put it off? It took max 15 minutes, probably more like 10. The waiting room is very clean, perhaps a little chilly, but comfy.I highly recommend Newark Smog. Be done and on your way.

This place is in a plaza with numerous other auto repair and body shops. The place is no frill and very simple. They perform Smog-only checks. If you manage to found a coupon in the Penny Savers, they have the lowest price in Fremont.
