These guys rock! I ended up coming here after calling around for $ on smog checks. The so called coupon on the Walnut Creek Smog Test Only Center ended up being most expensive (and had no people skills). Vinh had great customer service and it was done in a flash for a great price!
They were polite, quick, and inexpensive. What more could you ask for when all you want is an oil change? Only a bit nicer waiting area, but for the 15 minutes it took to do the job it was fine. I will definitely be returning.

I was really surprised how great the service and quality was here. I was next door getting my husband's car smoged and knew I needed to get him an oil change as well so I decided to try it out. They were all super nice and polite and very clear and honest about what the car needed/didn't need.I know my husband doesn't take care of his car so I wasn't surprised when they told me that he should probably get an engine flush (it had been at least 12K miles since his last oil change).I had asked them to rotate his tires and they told me that one of his tired was worn down so much that I needed to go ASAP to get a new tire or risk a blow out on the freeway. They also said it showed that his car was out of alignment based on the baldness pattern of the tire. They don't even sell tires or do alignment so it's not like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. He did wind up needing front brakes but we knew that and they called me over and showed me how bad it was (he was at 5%!!!!!). They never once treated me like a dumb woman. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They were clear and precise and showed me everything and never once pressured me to do it. They totally let me come to my own decisions. I did wind up doing an oil change, engine flush. tire rotation, new front brakes, pads and roters (they were too jacked up to be buffed) and a cleaning of the rear brakes. A ton, but he gave me a great price AND they were finished 30 minutes before their estimated 2 hour time window and when I came back they were packed! I also decided against getting an air filter this time so they said if I bring it with me the next time I do an oil change, they'll put it in at no cost. Really good, honest guys. I was not expecting that at all and was really happy...well as happy as you can be when shelling out $400 on your husband's car. :)
