I expected a ton of reviews when I came here today. Such a shame. Rich, his Son and Coworker are the best. Very honest. I usually go to Rich but this time I went to Genie in Pt. Loma for a car wash and ended up doing all my oil changes there instead. BIG MISTAKE. My check engine light came on while driving out of town a week later. So, I went to Rich to check it and he said the diagnostics would cost $90 but, he would put the $90 towards whatever repair is needed. I went across the street for lunch and decided to do my nails. Rich called to tell me that the air cond. hose was detached. What a relief.I called Genie the next day and explained that the hose where their mech. worked had been removed or detached. They gave me my $90 back that I paid Rich and I was a happy camper. In the future I will stay with Rich for all my repairs - - it's not worth going anywhere else. I strongly recommend you send your Mother/Father/Sister/Brother and all your friends to Rich - he will treat you RIGHT!
