I took my Echo there for regular service. They performed it, gave me the rundown on what they saw. Put the little sticker inside the window. Good solid place to get your car serviced. Trader Joe's and Starbucks (and other stuff) right across the street so you can stay in the area while it's done.
Dave and the mechanic provided professional service to bring my vehicle's smog into compliance. It was a relief, and even a pleasure, to work with this shop manager and his crew. Although expensive in the case of my repair, I felt that the work was needed and that Dave was always above board and honest and he always checked in with me before proceeding.
I cannot say enough nice things about Dave and the crew there! They saved us a ton of money on our 1999 nissan sentra. We'd taken it to Nissan when it wasn't running and were told that just to get it running it would take about $1000 of work!! So second opinion time! We took it to Rose Garden Auto and Dave told us it just needed a new battery! So one new battery later the car was running just fine! He always remembes us and our cars! They're awesome!
Great service! I took my car in for an oil change and basic tune up last week. Dave and his technician were awesome. They did a great job and made me feel comfortable while I waited. They were nice on the phone and right on time for my appointment. I will definitely be returning for future services.
