After years of just taking my car into my step dad's shop, it's always a somewhat painful experience for me to pay for a smog check. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by Smog Oasis. While the price was a little high, it was totally worth it for the overall experience. My toddler and I were in and out in 15 min which we spent in the immaculate tiki themed waiting room. Seriously, totally clean and quite nice.Go here if you want prompt service in a very nice setting!
The place is great. The technician was friendly and helpful. I loved the waiting room and the coffee. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Be back in two years.
super friendly staff, awesome waiting room, they offered me coffee while the test was being done. It's a little pricey but they'll match competitors and I was in and out super fast. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a smog test-- theres a lot of places out there that seem shady about this type of stuff but smog oasis definitely isn't one of them.
What a fantastic way to run a business! They've thought of everything! Coffee, comfortably waiting room (and nicely decorated), the staff was knowledgable and SOOOO friendly. The area was convenient (right outside of Liberty Station) so you could walk to a golf course, a Wine Steals, Von's, Starbucks, restaurants and more! I have never written a review for a Smog Place before... but felt compelled to because this place was so over the top fantastic! Thank you Smog Oasis! I am recommending you to all my friends!!
I dread the smog check like the dentist, but feel super after! SMOG OASIS makes the ordinary biz of life...lighter. I'd gone to the recommended guy in OB -but he isn't there on Sunday. Great customer service at SO; very friendly. Waiting room decor wins awards- tropical theme that is so much fun and relaxing! Very cool. Happy to have Sunday service. Across from Wine Steals and Corvette Diner in Liberty. Easiest to enter from the West going towards Point Loma, but there is a U turn op if you miss it heading the other way.
