Still going strong with Stay Tuned. I brought in my car for 135K mile check up. He tuned my car up and now my car is running smoother and much more efficiently.Carlos took time and explained what needs to be replaced or fixed right away, and what might need to be replaced in the near future but not immediately. He called to let me know what he'd found and what he was going to do, and when it was done. Professional and thorough. What an amazing shop it is! They were great in the past and they still continue to provide a great service.

I have been taking my car to Carlos and Robert for the last year and a half and they have always been incredibly efficient. They have done my oil changes, my radiator, and other major work (tune ups etc.), all of which has been fast and priced fairly. Today they fixed my busted window and found me one that was cheaper than a used one I had found on my own. They always explain what they are doing prior and they deserve the great ratings that they have gotten.

I have come here a few times now and I can honestly say that the service, price and quality of the work done here is top notch.  Carlos runs a great shop here and knows how to take care of people and best of all he is totally honest.  One day he even drove me back to work when I dropped my car off during lunch even though he was very busy.  If you wanted a reliable place to send your daughter, wife or mother to get her car worked on without being ripped off(as many shops will try and do to females) this would be the place to go as my wife has been here several times as well.  I am not the best person when it comes to maintaining my care and the last time I came here they even changed my oil because they saw it needed to be done.

I should have been on here a long time ago to tell you all how great Stay Tuned is.  I have been bringing my +374,000 mile car to Stay Tuned for a few years now (it breaks down often), and they've come to know my car by sight (and sound), and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else.  Two times ago I had a busted belt, and they repaired the washer on it for an amazing rate, charging very little for service.  I was so happy; I thought it would be hundreds of dollars!  They took the time to explain what had happened and made me feel very good as I drove away, because I knew I was in good hands.  Last week, the belt busted again (this is not their fault, like I said, my car is VERY old, and I should take much better care of it), and they repaired it for free, as parts and services had already been rendered.Although I wish I could give them a break from my rusty old BMW (they always know who's calling when I say "gray bimmer"), I know they will always take the time to be straight with me and do a fantastic job for minimum price, and I happily recommend them to anyone looking for great service and great deals.  Thank you, guys!

I have been going to Stay Tuned for 9 years now, through a couple of ownership changes, and I have to say, there's no mechanic on the planet that I trust more.Several years ago, I took an old car in to get a new clutch.  An hour later I got a call from the guys saying that they had fixed it, and I should come pick it up.  The price?  Ten bucks for a washer. Any other place would have replaced the clutch, but Stay Tuned looked for the real problem, replaced a tiny piece, and saved me hundreds!I have recommended four people to them, all of whom are exactly as pleased as I am.  They're the best carmonkeys ever!
