Service is fast and friendly.  It was a busy day so I can't complain too much, but I wish they were a little more helpful with some of my questions. Free wifi and coffee. And they have a big screen TV to watch while you wait.

Came in for an oil change yesterday & had a great experience. The guys here were very friendly & full of information. Due to the wonderful customer service...I will definitely be back more often. =)

*note; service is a 5, but i don't give first times a 5 (hence a 4).husband and i went; he's a cranky guy so he asks a lot of questions...(sometimes i just want to tell him, "dear, yes you worked on cars when you were younger, but let these guys do their job...)and they did! replaced brake pads - even showed us the worn-down brake pad air filter, oil change, told us (well my husband) everything and later he said to me, "yeah, they know what they are doing, "

Went here on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. It cost less than 20 for a synthetic oil change and it was done in less than 20 min.  People there were also really friendly, definitely go here if u have car problems

I went into The Pit Stop after I found out that my car did not pass smog and I was kind of in a rush to figure out what was wrong. This place is right near my work so I just decided to go in and check it out. They were extremely professional and very nice. The guy at the desk was very thorough and I felt comfortable instantly.  They ordered the part I needed and once it arrived, they fixed everything that day. I took my car in and it passed smog! Yay! I was just really worried that they were going to run all those tests and then it still wouldn't pass smog. However, the guy reassured me that it would and it did! Thank you! You guys are great! It means a lot to be able to go to a mechanic and know that you are not being lied to. I appreciate it!

I've been getting my company car serviced here for nearly 2 years - about 70,000 miles worth of driving. I just bought a van a few weeks ago and decided to have these guys look at it to make sure everything is OK.These guys are awesome ... they tightened my parking brake and installed a broken blinker bulb for free! They have very experienced and honest mechanics. The people who work here are paid very well and they know it! So you'll get an honest opinion, not a mechanic who is sales-pitched / commission-based off of sales and bad service. These people actually care about the well-being of their customers.

I threw the pit stop quite a curve ball this week, asking them to install an air conditioning system in an old car (Pontiac Sunbird) where most of the parts were out of production. Tony, the manager, was honest and informative, as we worked together to figure out what needed to be done. This guy definitely goes above and beyond...and as always a reasonable price..I like the Pit Stop because I like to know exactly what is happening with the car...and when it will be complete...

The Pit Stop Auto REPAIR  team were the only people capable of fixing my car!  I had taken my car to several mechanics before because the battery kept being dead again and again even though no electricity seemed to be running and nobody could figure out what was the cause of it. Other mechanics simply sold me a new battery and charged me for their "diagnose" without fixing the problem itself. I was extremely frustrated until it happened once again that my battery was dead and a friend referred me to The Pit Stop Auto REPAIR. I told the Pit Stop team about my problem and they figured out immediately that most likely the light machine was broken. They fixed it and ever since, my car is working perfectly fine and I don't have to purchase a new battery every three months anymore. Thank you so much Pit Stop for solving my problem at a reasonable price! It's hard to find a good mechanic who you can trust to not rip you off.  I have no hesitation in strongly recommending the PIT STOP AUTO REPAIR to anyone out there, friends and family! You will not be disappointed!

Cool shop. I actually saw their Google Reviews on my phone and that spawned my visit.  Came in for complete brake job and found out that another shop was trying to scam me. I wont name them, but lets just say them told me i needed to change my entire brake system... all my pads, four rotors, get some special brake sensors, pay extra for them to install it, get two new calipers...total bill $1145.  Needless to say i was looking for a second opinion.  Justin put the car on the racks and they inspected it while i was knocking out some work emails.  Turns out i didnt need all that crap that other guy was trying to sell me.Turns out one of my calibers was frozen and needed to be replaced, but i was lucky that the rotors were within specs and could be resurfaced.  Back brakes have another 20k miles left on them but the fronts would need to be changed.  My bill with Pit Stop, an amazing $387.  That included some other problem they caught but I dont recall off the top of my head. These guys were fast and saved me a lot of money.Pros: honest, fast,  reasonably priced Cons: hmm..honestly, i cant think of one.  I will follow up with more commentary in a few weeks...but definately no more squeaking

Affordable price and Quality service!!! Is a very rare comnination..But you would be suprised to get that at a mechanic shop. I took my 09 Audi A4 for Oil  ,Brake Pads and Rotars to be changed .To my  suprise the owner suggested  resurfacing and it would be fine for couple of  months and did the rest that was needed on my car. I would recomend this place to anyone who wants to work with honest and efficient people.

As a woman in her mid 30s, I have been taken advantage of by auto mechanics before, and I never know when I have "been had", or treated with honesty. Thanks to the good people at The Pit Stop, my worries of this nature have stopped. My car was over-heating on the freeway, so I took the next exit and pulled into a Pep Boys. They directed me to The Pit Stop just up the road. After explaining my car's symptoms to Justin (one of the owners) he told me it could be as simple as a damaged hose, or a more expensive problem like a head gasket. After checking out my car he gave me the good news that it was just a hose and they had the part delivered right away and fixed my car all within an hour's time. It would have been very easy for these folks to charge me more, and make up fictional problems, but they were upfront, and honest. One of the other owners even checked up on me a few times to make sure I was okay. They went above and beyond, and were incredibly friendly. Justin even offered to put me in touch with a gentleman who does auto body repair at a fraction of the cost that body shops charge. They were keen to all my needs and concerns. From now on I will take my car to these guys. They do good work, are honest, go out of their way for their customers, and they have great pricing.
