These guys are seriously fantastic. I have been going to this shop with my Tacoma pickup for a few years now. I have had multiple 30 thousand and 90 thousand services completed and my truck is nearing 200 thousand miles.During one service there was an issue with a faulty part from the parts store and the shop handled the situation perfectly. They worked well past closing to try to get my truck back to me and ended up providing me with a rental so that I didn't go with out a vehicle the next day.They also do a great job explaining what services are being provided as well as diagnosing issues and they will not recommend things that don't need to be done to the vehicle. I will be taking my wife's Passat  to them soon and I'm sure they will have my truck running like a top well past 200,000 miles.

I would like too give a big thanks too Camilo,Frank,and Scottie for the excellent service they have done for me.....  Thanks guys i wont take my car anywhere else!!!!  Only Toyotapro!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast friendly service. The prices can't be beat fir repairs, service, or just a smog.

I called ahead since I have a Honda and wanted to make sure they would be able to assist me with a light that came on my dashboard. They said they could so I brought my car in. He tried a quick fix which didn't fix the issue and he then told me that I'd have to bring the car into the dealer who had a special machine that would read the code the diagnose the actual problem. I wish he had told me that over the phone so I wouldn't have to make a second trip to a dealer to get more work done. I also got an oil change while I was there for the convenience factor even though it cost more than my usual place. I usually expect independent mechanics to charge a little less. Anyway, I was just disappointed that my issue was not resolved and I could have just done everything in one trip if I went to a dealer instead.

The owner Mike is a good honest guy, gave me a better price than the dealerships I checked with. My Honda is in great shape except for a few minor unique Honda idiosincrocies - door locks stopped working.Great service, great staff, great prices and great location - lots of good shopping and entertainment! I would go back again and have recomended Toyotapro to my friends.

Mike is the man.  Toyotapro rocks. When i bought my 97 T100 years ago I went to 4 mechanics trying to get an engine start up problem fixed. They were all stumped.Mike and his crew had it diagnosed in short order and fixed it at a fair price. They are honest, excellent mechanics, reasonably priced and honest. What more can you ask for?

I used to go to toyotapro because it was across the street from where I worked and my boss recommended them because he had a toyota too. I always had great service there, and one time they were officially closed but someone was there and they took me in anyways. I'd like to go back here for my car, but I moved away. :( anyway- these guys really are great.

Toyotapro is THE place to have your Toyota serviced in the Concord area. I first brought my car here as a refugee from Concord Toyota. After my Toyota service contract ran out, Toyotapro charged half what Concord Toyota had estimated for the next scheduled maintenance. My current Toyota hasn't had any major work, but the few things I've had to have done have been done quickly, honestly and reasonably. Mike Gibson is very nice. He put in a tail light for free one rainy afternoon. He showed me how to replace my own headlights. [I know, no big whoops, but it had me stumped...] Another time, when my battery had died, another service station [which will remain nameless, but probably shouldn't] that gave me a quick charge also told me my alternator was broken, and that's why the battery had died. I immediately drove the car over to Mike, who ran a computer check [for free] on the alternator, and showed me how the alternator was just fine. So I really trust him. This is the level of service at Toyotapro.Toyotapro also works on Lexuses, and they are starting to do electric conversions. Check it out.
