Easy, honest & fast - only had 1 car in front of me. Saro is a kind, soft spoken gentleman. I have a high-end car - no problem, no hassle. Haven't had to do a smog-check before, I'm glad this is where I went. He put it right into the computer & when I got home, was able to renew the tags online.Be sure to bring the coupon & he will honor - otherwise smog check is $10 more. Total cost was $50.00.
My brother was browsing at a car dealer up the road on Norton/Fairfax called JT Connections & the guy working there recommended this place to me because I had mentioned I just moved here and needed a smog check soon. Today, I called this place to see how long the wait was and he said to come within 15 minutes and there will not be a wait! So, since I live up the road I drove over and was in and out within 20 minutes. It was easy, but let me tell you -- not the best of locations. Maybe it was just a hoppin, busy, fun day at the Recycled bin 10 feet away from where you sit and wait outside...but it was homie central galore everywhere. They did not bug you at all but I would not want to go there at night time!I didn't even have to ask him for the $10 discount, he already applied it onto my receipt. It was simple!

The guy working at this place was EXTREMELY nice. It was a cold night and the waiting area is outdoors, so he set me up in a chair by a space heater. The magazines weren't even bad. No line when I went. And I'm not sure why someone would think it was hard to find-- it's on the side of the Arco at Curson and Santa Monica. AND that $10 off coupon didn't hurt, either.
Quick & easy like everyone says. Took me less than 20 min from start to finish. After explaining that I couldn't print the online coupon, he told me he had already given me the discount anyway. Great service!
As a reward for having my car for 7 years now the DMV kindly sent me a letter asking for a smog check. So not only do I have to pay the annual $133 to the Governator, but I now needed to shell out some more cash to have it smog checked. I work in WeHo and was just looking for something close. That's when I found out this place on SMOGSEARCH.COM. I called the number to make sure the place was legit and they quoted me 60 bucks out the door. SOLD. But before I took off, I found a coupon online for 10% off and printed it out. So I headed down Santa Monica Blvd and realized that this place was at the back of a small Arco station with a small yellow sign pointing the way. When I pulled in, it had only one service bay and looked like just one technician was working there. But since I was going to grab lunch with a co-worker, I was in no hurry to have it done right away. So I gave the guy my DMV paperwork and the coupon and he ended up giving me 10 bucks off! Rather than paying the $60, I now had an extra 10 bones which was just enough for a Shakey's Bunch of Lunch Buffet down the street!!! After eating a gazillion calories and a quintillion grams of fat, I returned to see that my car was all ready to go and had passed the smog check with flying colors. Now if only I can find a local cardiologist to take a look at my arteries...
