This Alex S. guy has no idea what he is talking about. First of all, if you have to return to pass a smog test for A THIRD TIME...there is something wrong with your car, NOT THE SMOG STATION! Get your vehicle running properly and there should never be any issues passing smog, none. Next, you must have done something to piss this guy off because he was a very nice gentleman. My wife and I took our vehicles there half an hour before closing and we asked if he had time to do two cars. He said no problem. While we were there he gave our son a toy car to play with and warned us to not get to close to his parrot(he has a pair of pet birds in the facility). We were in and out with both vehicles quite quickly. I would definitely refer this guy! His prices are IN FACT competitive. You should have done your research and printed out a coupon online. And seriously...you needed your daddy to come and bail you out?
