I brought in my beat up old Honda Accord. Second time.I was recommended by a friend to go to youngs smog. And I am so glad I did.Not only did the guy working there wait for me (they close at 6 and I got there at 6:20) but he also hooked me up with a discount. Very friendly and I will definetly go there again when I need another smog check.
Great experience and the $12 discount was easy and a big help. And it doesn't hurt that I live right down the block.
This place has friendly and speedy service. Had my smog done here the past 3 times with great results. WiFi connectivity is a big help too since I had to do some research while I waited.
First off, the person to speak with at this facility is Andy, he rocks! I was pleasantly surprised on how friendly and easy it was to speak with him and his willingness to work with me when I had a bunch of questions ranging from pricing, to location, and buying used cars. Not only was he eager to help but took the time to explain things. He was consistently honest from the time we spoke on the phone to the end of my service. My experience was so positive, I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks again Andy for the advice and the fast service... I'll be back!
